Introducing Coplenishment™: A New Era in Collaborative Inventory Management

Dear Inventoro Community,

Today marks an extraordinary milestone for us — one that could redefine the future of inventory collaboration. For decades, the dream of integrating seamless information flow throughout the supply chain has been just that, a dream. But now, after weeks of dedicated effort, that dream is becoming a reality.

We're excited to unveil our groundbreaking feature: Coplenishment™.

I'd like you to please dive into the details of Coplenishment also here.

Did you know? The average Inventoro customer collaborates with 52 suppliers.

How does Coplenishment™ transform your supply chain management?

Simple. When adding new users, select the 'Invite new member' option.

Remember our recent update, which introduced the 'User' role? Now, it's time to leverage that for your suppliers. Enter their email, assign them the 'Supplier' role (spotlight on number 1), and they're in.

Suppliers are granted tailored access to critical areas: 'Replenishment' and 'In transit' (highlighted in number 2).

Need tailored access for individual suppliers? It's covered (indicated in number 3). You can even allocate access based on specific warehouses (see number 4).

Suppliers are brought onboard just like any team member, but with a twist. After logging in, they're greeted by the 'Replenishment' section, filled with filters you've set up, ensuring they only see what's necessary.

They're empowered to engage with current purchase orders and can plan for the short, medium, and long term, preparing for seasonal demands and sales patterns.

Imagine supercharging your purchasing department with 52 experts who bring deep insights into every product you handle.

Welcome to the next chapter in supply chain synergy — powered by Inventoro and your trusted network of suppliers.

Edit arena boosted with dynamic parametres

Hey Inventoro users,

The excitement continues! Following our previous announcement, we have more great news to share. We’ve supercharged our Edit Arena - your go-to hub for refining data - with the power of dynamic parameters.

Diving into Dynamic Parameters

But what exactly does this mean for you? Dynamic parameters allow you to:

  • filter products based on sales frequency from the last 1, 3, 6, or 12 months
  • Segment according to your Inventory on hand
  • Sort your portfolio by the Winners & Losers tags

Sparking Your Inspiration

Here's a glimpse of what you can achieve with these new capabilities:

Revive Dormant Products
Ever noticed products trapped in the "Zero Inventory = Zero Sales" loop? With dynamic parameters, you can first identify these promising products. Then, establish a recurring rule, such as setting the Minimum Inventory to one piece. This gives them an opportunity to showcase their sales potential.

Optimize Your Top Performers
Easily identify your Winners and pamper them with extra attention. This includes adjusting MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), examining packaging details, setting varied lead times, tweaking purchase order intervals, and more. Ensure they always get the spotlight they deserve!

Stay ahead, refine with precision, and make the most of your Inventoro experience. As always, we're here to make your inventory forecasting smarter and more efficient. Enjoy the update!

Business planning: Quantitative Forecast Adjustments

Hello Inventoro Community,

We're excited to introduce a new feature: Quantitative Forecast Adjustments.

This tool empowers you to take full control of your inventory portfolio and effectively shape your business future. You can create your own future.

Consider it an essential element in your demand planning toolkit; this feature lets you tailor your business plan down to the smallest detail.

To get started, simply click on the "Forecast Adjustments" button, and you'll notice a new selection labeled "Forecast in QTY." Refer to the image below for a visual guide.

How to Use:

1. Portfolio Filtering

Begin by filtering the items within your portfolio using the filter located in Section 1.

You can narrow it down by:

  • Warehouse, Location, or Customer
  • Supplier
  • Sales Category
  • Product or SKU
  • Brand
  • Collection
  • High Performers & Underperformers

2. Adjusting Forecasts

Once you've isolated the right segments of your portfolio, proceed to Section 2 to make your forecast adjustments.

  • A positive number indicates an expected rise in future sales.
  • A negative number suggests a future sales decline.

Additional Flexibility:

  • Bulk Adjustments: You can execute bulk changes across all future months for a specific SKU.

  • Monthly Adjustments: Alternatively, modify the forecast for a single month affecting all filtered SKUs.

By giving you the power to refine your forecasts quantitatively, we're taking another step towards making Inventoro the most adaptable and user-focused inventory management solution available.

We can't wait to hear your feedback!

Exciting New Update: Custom User Permissions Feature in Inventoro

Hello Inventoro Community,

We're thrilled to share some significant news with you that's been in the works for several development cycles.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance user experience, we have now enabled a feature that allows unlimited users across your organization. You can now extend Inventoro's accessibility to teams from marketing, sales, logistics, finance, and beyond.

Starting today, not only can you expand your user base, but you can also assign specific roles and permissions throughout the Inventoro platform.

To do this, when adding a new user, simply hit the 'Invite' button, which will bring up a permissions panel.

The panel offers two primary role options:

  • Administrator: An unrestricted role with full access.
  • User: A flexible role where you can customize permissions and restrictions.

What kind of customizations can you make?

Feature Access

You can tailor access to different sections within Inventoro based on the individual's role. For instance, a team member handling Replenishment can be restricted to only that section. Likewise, a Sales colleague might only require access to the Forecast feature.

Suppliers

This is particularly useful if your purchasing department is divided by suppliers. You can now assign specific suppliers to each user.

Warehouse Visibility

You can select which warehouses are visible to specific users. For instance, a colleague responsible for the New York warehouse will only see details pertinent to that location.

Sales Categories

If you manage a team of sales representatives, you can customize their view to only include their specific sales categories.

Remember, the ability to customize roles and permissions is not restricted to the initial invitation. You can also adjust these settings later via the Users list. Simply click on the Permissions button to revisit the permissions panel.

Here is the gif which summarizes all settings mentioned above

This exciting new update brings a higher level of personalization, streamlining the user experience for all team members. We hope you find this new feature helpful in managing your operations more efficiently with Inventoro.

Thank you for your continued support!
